The Last Minute Family Vacation Rental Network is a Canadian owned and operated company. Its head office is in Toronto Ontario and it was incorporated in 2008. The website itself has been in design and development since January of 2005.
The LMFVR website was designed to be easy to use and intuitive to figure out. We wanted a site were property owners and property managers would have access to the most up to date, state of the art tools available to manage and maintain their properties and protect their financial investments. We had to be able to handle and generate both peak season and off season rentals, track expenses, vacancies, and even take over the reservation process for those owners that just wanted to be hands off investors.
We wanted a site where travelers could easily find the vacation rentals that would exactly meet their needs and budget and be able to provide them with a platform that would allow then to easily save money and book off-season or last minute rentals. Even more important was the need to ensure that all the properties listed in our system where regularly inspected and maintained to ensure the best possible vacation experience. We have professional property inspectors in all of our destinations that check every square inch of your vacation rental before you check in to make sure everything is up to our high standards.
We feature a number of different types of vacation properties including homes, condominiums, villas, cabins, bed and breakfasts, and more. Our online booking engine provides travelers with the convenience and security of paying with a credit card and reviewing the property costs and rental agreement quickly and easily prior to booking.
We understand that vacations are a special time. It’s about creating memories with friends and family, about reconnecting with old hobbies or trying new ones. It’s about exploring a new destination and staying in a new fabulous place that’s “just right”.
