FAQ – Sales Agents

What exactly is a sales associate?

A sales associate is someone that actively promotes our network to property owners and travelers that may wish to take advantage of the services that we are offering. By registering as a sales associate you may participate in the referrals program that the LMFVR Network has established to reward our clients for referring our services to others.

How does a sales associate earn money?

Sales associates are paid on a commission basis. These commissions are paid on both membership fees and on vacation rental bookings. Unlike other companies we also pay commissions on referrals that your clients make as well.

Is there a cost to become a sales associate?

No there is no charge to apply for a sales position. We do charge for the training courses that we offer to our less experienced new hires but these courses are not prerequisites for joining our team. They are only offered to people that are new to this field with no formal training and no real experience.

There is a nominal monthly admin charge that is paid to the LMFVR Network once you are working for us. This nominal charge (usually around $25 per month) is for the use of our system and covers the administrative costs associated with running the sales program. This charge is only levied to your account if you are actively working and earning an income otherwise this charge is waived.

I own a property that is listed on the LMFVR Network. May I join the sales program?

Yes, you most certainly may. By doing so you will earn money on every new property that you bring into out network. You will also earn money on every traveler that you refer to the network. You will also earn a commission whenever either of the above people rent a vacation home using our system. If these same people that you bring in decide to join the sales program then you will even earn money on their sales as well.

I use the LMFVR Network for my vacation rentals. May I become join the sales program?

Yes, you most certainly may. In fact we encourage you to do so. Doing so will earn you money on every new property that you bring into out network. You will also earn money on every traveler that you refer to the network. You will also earn a commission whenever either of the above people rent a vacation home using our system. If these same people that you bring in decide to join the sales program then you will even earn money on their sales as well.

Is there any reason I should not participate in the sales program?

I would say the only reason you might not want to participate in our sales program is that you are independently wealthy and you have no wish to earn more money. Then again if you were someone in that category you would likely be on your mega yacht or on the golf course instead of reading this FAQ.
