The Last Minute Family Vacation Rental Network is expanding as a result and is looking for talented, reliable, and customer focused people to join our team and fill a number of on-site property Managers Positions in a select number of territories.

- Remuneration: Pay rates are adjusted based on the industry standards in each territory and start at a base rate of $17 per hour.

Job Description

Prepare lease documents and related paperwork.

Update records as necessary.
- Coordinate the maintenance of the property and liaise with owners and contractors as required.

Inspect properties before guests arrive to ensure they are clean and ready for use.

Inspect properties after the guests have checked out to ensure that the property was left in good order and free of any damage.
- Work to ensure the vacation experience of our guests, particularly the first and last impressions, are of the highest quality.
- Meet and great our guests and Introduce our guests to our vacation rental procedures.

Be responsible for after-hours and emergency on-call coverage.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Typical Examples of Work Performed:
- Inspects assigned properties in accordance with departmental procedure and identify and resolve any deficiencies in accordance with budgeted guidelines, established by the property owner.

Maintains operating expenses within budgeted allowances.
- Maintains accurate records using our on line property management application.
- Monitor and manage the properties on-site inventory.

Convey to our guests and rules and regulations that may be stipulated by the property owner as part of their rental agreement.

Negotiates agreements with contractors for the maintenance of the property.

Supervises on site staff as appropriate.
- Reviews all invoices for work done on assigned properties.
- Reviews monthly operating statements and prepares variance reports for submission to the property owner.
- Liaise with owners, guests and contractors to insure the effective operation of the property.

Possesses the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, both written and orally.
Qualifications:
- Better then average computer skills.
- Experience working on the internet and using web based applications.
- Better then average people skills.

General office and bookkeeping skills.
- Be able to work independently without constant supervision.
- You will require a valid Drivers License.

Ability to learn specific property management software
- Knowledge of general business management practices and principles.
- High proficiency in both MS Word and MS Excel software
Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience:

Three to five years of experience in Property Management or other relevant work experience.
- A working knowledge of real estate principles, management and leasing.
- Bachelor’s degree or collage certificate in property management or any related field.
- Ability to interact effectively with prospects, guests, owners and LMFVR Network management.

Ability to work weekends.
