Job Summary
You would be responsible for all sales activities in assigned regions. You would ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Job Description:

Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.

Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

Identify and resolve client concerns.

Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.

Job Requirements:

Previous sales experience in a luxury or a high-end service environment

Ability to build relationships with customers.

Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Excellent time management/project skills.
Qualifications:
-
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
- Better then average computer skills with an ability to develop and deliver presentations and learn new software. A high proficiency in both MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint software is a bonus.
- Experience working on the internet, doing research, and using web based applications.
- Better then average people skills. You should posses a natural ability to persuade and influence others.

General office and bookkeeping skills.

Be able to work independently without constant supervision.
- You will require a valid Drivers License.
- Knowledge of general business management practices and principles.

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience:
- Three to five years of experience in the property rental market.
- A working knowledge of real estate principles, management and leasing.
- Bachelor’s degree or collage certificate in property management, business, marketing, or any other related field.
- Ability to interact effectively with prospects, guests, owners and LMFVR Network management.
- Ability to work weekends and travel on occasion.

You are a natural forward thinking planner who critically assesses your own performance. You are mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life and varied backgrounds. You are reliable, tolerant, and determined. You are an empathic communicator, and posses the ability to see things from the other person’s point of view. You are well groomed, businesslike, sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month. You are open to new experiences, increased responsibility and accountability. You really enjoy leisure activities and spending time with your friends, family, business associates, and clients.
Personal Situation: You are mature and domestically secure. You are able to spend one or two nights away per month without upsetting domestic situation. You are very able to commute understand the need to work extended hours on occasions when required. You want to make money but are not desperate or in serious debt. You have a valid driver’s license and own your own vehicle would be a bonus.
Specific Job Skills: You must be able to communicate and motivate via written media and understand the basic principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. You should appreciate the need for consistency within company’s branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet. Experience in the marketing of rental properties would be very useful.
Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.
Business and Selling Skills: You must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. You should be able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business, for example the prospect of recruiting and managing support telesales staff. Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.
